He cant do that because the rips are infront of the heart so he must break th rips first and is he touch his heart the heart can stop and he will die. He cant hold his heart this long time its fake.

Guys, David Blaine is an ILLUSIONIST. The hint is in the title ILLUSION. He doesnt really remove his heart ffs... the idea is to make you beleive for that split second that he is!
Illusionists have to practice for years and years to get to the level this guy is at. It is incredible showmanship.
