This video is disturbing. Personally, I could have answered every one of those questions, and then some. To think that these people are "spokes people" for our country. I'm ashamed. No, we're not all that daft.

You can go to any country in the world stop people on the street at random and ask questions about politics and geography and you will get the same as this. Especially Italy ! But I must say , throughout my world travels, the American tourists are the most clueless ! I seriously found that (especially in DC) in the USA, the most clueless tourists are the Americans themselves ! Serious !! I was stopped everywhere ! "How do you work this machine ?", "Wheres the station ?" , "Where do I buy tickets ?", "Is this the entrance to the Air and Space museum ?" ! They just cannot figure it out for themselves !!

too be fair, although there are hundreds of dumb americans, they have some bloody smart ones. As well as this, they may be a bit dull, but htey are lovely people. All the americans ive properly talked to have been great. Admittedly thier led by an idiot, but that should generalise the entire country!

I'll bet that most Ameicans can name Paris Hilton and her entrouge of brainless friends, etc....it's true most Americans are stupid, Reasons...we baby our children, push them through school even if they are stupid and then heaven forbid let the loose on the highways and society. We Praise them for taking a poop and eating no matter what thier age is. Give them all kinds of toys and crap they don't need. Know wonder 50 per cent are brainless.
We are over fed, over TVed and over indulged in. We deserve the $3.00 per gallon gas.
We have a few young people fighting in the Middle East and most of the rest of Americans, young and old, don't even know the difference between Indiana and Iraq.
Can anyone prove that the above statement is not true? I doubt it
