1) Download the 3GP Converter. After you've downloaded you will have to run the setup exe and change the language to English plus choose the type of video you wish to conver to (we recommend 'general 3gp+ACC).
2) Run the '3GP_Converter.exe' file and choose what size/quality you want to encode the video as then drag your clips into it.
